Yin is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice. Set to soft music in a room lit only by candles.The Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. All poses are seated or reclined. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a “moving meditation” and there is something soothing about practicing in a room lit by glowing candles. This class is set to 80 degrees and 30% humidity.
