    Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. Practiced in the hot room its a blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture and reduces stress.

    Barre class is a combination of the stretching and toning movements of pilates and yoga, the strengthening and sculpting principles of ballet.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Modo class open to anyone in the community. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.
