In this Prenatal Yoga workshop, Britt Lynn will give practical and relieving postures that will increase strength, calm and mobility; across all thresholds, body, mind and soul.
We dive into breathing techniques and postures that aide to calm the mind and utilize before and during labor, learning to assist and honor the body in this natural transition, releasing fear and surrendering to the experience.
We’ll discuss pelvic floor muscle function and how Prenatal yoga can ease or eliminate common postpartum occurrences, such as urinary in continuity and diastases recti (abdomen separation).
Britt Lynn is working toward her 500RYT with Annie Carpenter, of SmartFLOW yoga, and is RPYT certified through Jane Austin’s Mama Tree Prenatal School in San Francisco, CA.
Every Mama will receive a birthing affirmation.
