Yoga for Grief
Grief and bereavement can affect us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This class will be dedicated to using yoga techniques to help cope with and move through grief, allowing those that have experienced loss to move towards healing and peace. Join Megan Hable, co-owner and certified yoga instructor at Modo Yoga Las Vegas; Dr. Whitney Owens, clinical psychologist who is certified in Baptiste Power Yoga, ZFlow Power Yoga and Yin Yoga and Dr. Robyn Donaldson, clinical psychologist and co-founder of Solace Club, as they guide you through a specially-curated class to specifically help with the grieving process. The room will not be actively heated and likely be warm, between 80-90 degrees. This class is donation-based, pay what you can. Wear comfortable clothes, bring mat, towel and water. If you do not have a mat, they can be rented for $2.
