In this class the Modo sequence is linked together with vinyasa flows. Emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. The poses are held for a shorter time than the Modo series but is set at a faster pace. It is great for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health. This class is set to 98 degrees and 50% humidity.
All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the standard Modo series first.
