test3 When I started yoga in my early twenties it added zest, colour, and magic to my daily life as well as added flexibility in my body. Later on in my twenties I sort of lost yoga to university, relationships, work and so on and so forth. As a result I started to lose sight of the magic and beauty that is around us everyday. Signing up and committing to the Moksha/Modo Teacher Training in Nicaragua was the best decision I have made in the last 10 years since first stepping onto the mat.     Barre class is a combination of the stretching and toning movements of pilates and yoga, the strengthening and sculpting principles of ballet.

    A reduced-fee Modo class open to anyone in the community. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.
