Well-Rounded 30 Day Challenge
Join us for a unique approach to a 30 day challenge! The challenge not only includes 30 days of movement and yoga, but also nutrition and lifestyle. We know that health is complex, so we’re digging in to address multiple areas. There will be a private Facebook group available to join for all challengers for support throughout the 30 days.
Yoga & Movement: Challenge yourself to take 30 classes in 30 days.
Nutrition & Food: Remove processed foods and sugar for 30 days. Any eating styles (omnivore, vegetarian, etc) are welcome! We will be following the Whole30 template.
Lifestyle: Create new habits for better self care, sleep and stress management.
An informational session will be available on January 27th in the lobby of the studio from 2:30-4pm to explain all the details of the challenge. Can’t make it? We’ll be streaming live via Facebook and Instagram, watch the replay and comment with any questions.
